Can't get software to work.

Hi! I recently got my snowfox 61 and tried to download the apex software to configure lightning effects etc. The software version i tried was the 1.53 version. I can download and install it, but when the program loads it doesn't recognize my keyboard and im just stuck in the "main screen". 

I want to try and update firmware too, cause i've had some freezing problems when i game.

Maybe you've got not kemove snowfox.
