 now, please tell us your Model ID through steps(which can help us do a further investigation ) as follows,

      1. Download software by visiting the URL follows.
https://www.kemovebbs.com/softdownload/clouddevicemanager.zip

      2. Exit the software/driver of DIERYA DK61 Pro if you are running this software.

      3. Put the keyboard in Wired Mode, then unzip the file and execute the .exe file included.

      4. You do nothing, The Second column is the Model ID.

please tell us your model id.
Hi, when I try this the list inside the software shows as empty. However my keyboard works when connected to my PC, but none of the software will recognize it.

I have the dk 61 pro model and the software doesn't show the model. I cannot use the keyboard software to change anything in the keyboard

Tried install, no data??? All I need is the software??????????? There is one but no one will help. Is the world that far gone??? Been hibernating since the BS. But please tell me one person has software and not all conspiracy BS online and on YouTube.

I have the same problem as the OP.
Then followed your instructions
--> My model ID = 0
My keyboard is a DK61 Pro
What should I do to make the software work?
Please advise.
