Some problem regarding the DK63

#1
Hi there

I got the keyboard recently, with the serial number 63ba060205z01008. The keyboard works fine when it's in wired mode. However, when I use Bluetooth, now and then there is a delay when I type. In addition, sometimes a key would act as if it's being held down without me doing anything.

For example, "this is a catttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt."

I believe it might be a battery problem, since if I connect it to Bluetooth but have the keyboard plugged into another power source (not the laptop), it works fine.

Perhaps it is not charging properly? Allthough I have been attempting to charge it for many hours now.

By the way I have updated the software as instructed on this site.

Please let me know if there is a way to fix this?

Thank you.

I'm experiencing the same problem!

My Win10 system indicates that the battery is charging. I still get the same repeating character problem when using the Bluetooth connection mode.

I've also installed the latest software per the following thread but, no change/improvement in performance: https://www.kemovebbs.com/Thread-DIERYA-...n-released

I, too, would appreciate any help in fixing this since I bought the keyboard strictly for Bluetooth usage.

Quick update

After watching a YouTube video that covers charging the keyboard (https://youtu.be/eImSq6gpiyo?t=230), I decided to leave it plugged into my computer overnight (to charge) after about 12hrs of charging, the computer now shows it at 100% (haven't checked for the right 'ALT' charging light going off, yet).

With this apparently full-charge, the repeating key issue while in Bluetooth mode has been momentarily fixed.

I'm using it all day today and will report back if the problem returns.

I'm glad you found the video helpful.
Charging the keyboard for a good 5 hours or so should stop the issue.

Was able to use the keyboard in Bluetooth mode for ~12hrs without the backlight on and the repeating problem didn't reoccur (the battery died before the repeating problem happened, anyway). After recharging fully a 2nd time, the repeating problem still is gone. Seems fixed to me! Smile

Couldn't have done it without the community - particularly Shnakey's video.
