So, your keyboard is DK61pro? Or DK63?
Your SN numbers indicate the keyboard is the DK63 model. Huh

sorrymy mistake, yes it is the DK63. I installed the dierya drivers from the website for this keyboard aug 5th. Teh drivers do allow modifcation of the RGB but i still have problems with the keyboard becoming unresponsive
If your keyboard is DK63, you can refer this post to download the software:

But the DK63 keyboard does not support to custom RGB effect.

it allows me to cycle through the effects with driver software, BUT my problem is when my computer goes to sleep the keyboard times out and becomes unresponsive. The only fix is to unplug the cable at the back of the keyboard and plug it back in. Doing this 3 or 4x a day is frustrating. have you seen this problem before? is there a fix?
Try to upgrade this firmware:

Firmware Download

that firmware stalls out at with a 'WAITTING'

Which model? Can you tell me your SN numbers on the back of the keyboard?

Have you heard of this happening to anyone else?

I have to agree with you. Going through that and probably anger management sessions would help a lot. I think another reason they act that way is because they take the game poppy playtime too seriously. I've met a few individuals who think that the game is actually their life.
