You may have misconfigured drivers. Check Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. Plug keyboard. If 'USB Input Device' pops up that's it.
1. Right click on 'USB Input Device' and click Properties > Hardware tab
2. Highlight'USB Input Device' > Properties below > Change settings > Driver tab
3. Click 'Uninstall Device'.
10. Click on the button shown &hopefully you see the bar fill up. If so, you're done, simply X out of the program.

(Make sure you have the right driver program installed, for me was v1.0.2.1--here)
4. File Explorer > This PC > Windows C: > Program Files x86 > 'Dierya Driver' folder (or whatever)8. Go to 'Firmware' folder then click "dierya_63_rgb_v1.15_202106.exe" or something similar to run it.
9. Ensure your keyboard is plugged in and switched OFF.10. Click on the button shown &hopefully you see the bar fill up. If so, you're done, simply X out of the program.
