Window and alt swapped places when pressing

Help, I just bought a kemove 61 shadow and I'm testing it right now. I've noticed that when i press the alt key its the window key and the window key is the alt key. Any knows how to fix this?

Have you remapped any keys?  That doesn't seem possible.  You sure you haven't swapped keycaps and not put them back in the right place maybe?  On the left side the order is Control, Windows, Alt.

But really sounds like you've somehow swapped them around in Apex without knowing?

I fixed the problem it was just on mac mode but now I encountered another problem which is they keyboard isn't being detected by the APEX Software I've tried both versions but it just doesn't do anything I can't remap any keys please help
